Not a ‘people person’...

He was the first to admit it, he wasn’t a people person, and this was reflected in his relationship with his landlord. The agent representing his landlord just seemed to rub him up the wrong way when ever he had to deal with them. There always seemed to be something they needed, or were chasing him for something. As well as being able to recognise he was not a’ people person’ he was also a good business man and knew that his lease and his relationship with his landlord was key to his future business. Cirrus took over dealing with the landlord and his agent.

Sometime after we took over the administration of his lease he said that he realised that his relationship with the agent was because he didn’t understand what was in the lease (he did admit to never having read it) and therefore he always felt that they were adding extra charges and conditions.

With Cirrus dealing with any issues and correspondence from the landlord, and explaining them to him, his life became less stressed.

Too busy growing the business...

The business turnover had grown to over £2million in four years from five different shops. They hadn’t imagined it would be so successful in such a short space of time and admitted that all their efforts were focused on servicing their customers. A year end revue with their accountant raised a question about their leases.

Not only could they not find them all, but one of the initial leases was due to expire in nine months time.

Their accountant contacted us and we were able to secure a new lease for their first store. Equally important we were able to give them ongoing peace of mind that they wouldn’t miss any key dates in future. They also didn’t have to deal with the Landlords any more and they could continue to focus on their customers needs.
